Trilly Survey Maker
The overall project objective is to create a new integrated technological platform in which to perform marketing related interviews and analysis by optimizing the resources that are currently being used by a marketing analyst organization.
The whole platform it's based on Flex, Java, and Blaze DS technologies and run upon a MySQL database.
The software known as Trilly Survey Maker is used to create online questionnaires intended for user groups selected from a database. The key is in the mechanics with which the test is managed as well as the types of roles present on the platform. Each new user can be assigned more than one role at the same time, with the exception of the system administrator, whose functionalities are all in default mode. The application allow the administrative users to create survey arranged by pages with rich media (image, video, audio, etc.) associated and to control the workflow of the survey through "goto conditions" and "satisfaction criteria". The application can group conditions to sets and groups with conditional statements like AND, OR, EQUAL, etc. without any specific syntax but simply using the UI of the app itself.
The applications is able to track user activities in order to provide detailed statistics to the end customer and to the analysts, the data are available with the rich charts provided by the Flex framework and can be exported in the SPSS format. Each survey is part of a project so administrative users have control over the duration and can handle the quote of users needed to consider completed an marketing research. In order to start a project the administrative users have to identify from the users database a target (i.g. Doctors) filtering them upon profiles, registration data, past activities statistic, etc. The profile of each user is based upon a survey that can be created dynamically, it means that the app can be so flexible to fit the needs of any organization.
Standard tools like "user import", "user management", "district management", etc. are included in this product in order to increase flexibility and to offer a complete tool.
